2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. The booking amount is non-refundable unless otherwise mentioned in writing. Event dates are reserved only after confirmation of payment.

3. Payments

• A minimum 30% advance payment is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance must be cleared before or on the event date as agreed.

• Payments once made are non-transferable and non-refundable under normal circumstances.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Any cancellation must be informed in writing.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the stage of planning and expenses already incurred.

• In case of last-minute cancellations, no refund will be provided.

5. Changes & Customizations

Any changes in décor, theme, services, or event details after final confirmation may lead to additional charges. RK Event & Decor reserves the right to make minor substitutions in décor or materials due to availability while maintaining quality and aesthetics.

6. Service Limitations

While we strive for perfection, RK Event & Decor is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, venue restrictions, weather conditions, or vendor issues.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, permissions, and approvals required from venues or authorities. Any delay due to incomplete or incorrect information will not be the responsibility of RK Event & Decor.

8. Damage & Liability

Any damage to décor items, props, or equipment caused by the client or guests will be chargeable. RK Event & Decor shall not be held liable for any personal injury or loss during the event unless caused by proven negligence on our part.

9. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, concepts, and content displayed on this website belong to RK Event & Decor and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without prior written permission.

10. Photography & Promotions

RK Event & Decor reserves the right to use event photographs or videos for promotional purposes, including website and social media, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

11. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and ensure that personal information shared with us is kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
